Get to know your instructor

Hi, I’m Darren Peveler, Instructor and owner of  Omaha Welding Institute.  Thought I’d give you a little background on who we are.  I have over 30+ years of welding and fabrication experience.  I’ve work on jobs all over the United States from residential to commercial.  Owned companies in Utah and ran others in Las Vegas, Nv.  I’ve been published in magazines and worked with celebrities from Celine Deion to Smokey Robinson.  I’ve been a Project manager in the building of City Center and Fontainebleau Hotel and Casinos on the strip in Las Vegas. Now on to my new adventure with Omaha Welding Institute.  We decided to start OWI after the need for quality craftsmanship and the speed of completion wasn’t being met by customers we've talked to.  We look forward to teaching all the experience to the next generation of welders.
